On this date in 1980, Martha and The Muffins released their second album, Trance And Dance". It included the singles, "Suburban Dream", "About Insomnia" and "Was Izo". Early editions of the album included a four song live EP which had live versions of "Indecision", "Cheesies And Gum", "Primal Weekend" and "Paint By Number Heart". The Toronto new wave band changed their name of the band to M+M in 1983 and the band died out by 1986, though they have gotten together on and off since.
